Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in roads and infrastructure projects, particularly within the UAE, and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reports.
• Administer contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide expert advice on contractual and commercial matters.
