* Sourcing candidates through Job Portals & social networks like Naukri, Linked In, etc.
* Full execution of the recruitment process (including the job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, and regular communication with candidates) including the recruitment administration
* Understanding multi-Department requirements and filling the vacant positions
* Screening and identifying relevant candidates to meet the requirement and expectations.
* Coordination with candidates from interview to onboarding End-to-end process
* Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
* Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
