Job Description

<p>The Senior Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and supporting business growth for HVAC and cleanroom projects. This role requires a mix of technical knowledge and sales skills to engage with pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients, prepare proposals, and assist in achieving revenue targets. Coordination with internal teams such as estimation, design, and execution will be essential for delivering tailored solutions to clients.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Generate new business leads and opportunities for HVAC and cleanroom solutions.</li><li>Visit clients, consultants, and contractors regularly to present company offerings.</li><li>Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial offers.</li><li>Support Regional Manager in negotiations and deal closures.</li><li>Maintain and update client database, sales pipeline, and activity reports.</li><li>Coordinate with Estimation & Design teams for BOQ, drawings, and proposals.</li><li>Ensure follow-up with clients for payments and after-sales support.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.</li><li>Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings to promote the company brand.</li><li>Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.</li></ul>
