We are looking for passionate Senior SAP Performance Engineers with strong technical and communication skills to join our team. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies, ensuring optimal performance of SAP applications, and driving innovation in performance engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and apply performance/scalability benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug and improve system performance.
- Use profiling tools to identify bottlenecks & perform root cause analysis.
- Execute automated performance tests, analyze results, and optimize systems.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews.
Must-Have Skills
- 9+ years of hands-on software testing experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP Performance Testing.
- Proficiency in Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, C++.
- Hands-on with tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, SoapUI, Postman.
- SQL tuning, JVM tuning, and RESTful API performance optimization.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics.
Nice-to-Have
- SAP BTP optimization experience.
- Cloud exposure (AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Git, HANA DB Cockpit, Kibana.
- Understanding of O-Notation & ML algorithms.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Mathematics.
Certifications like AWS Solutions Architect / GCP Associate Cloud Engineer are a plus.
