<p>What you’ll do:</p><ul><li>Build and deploy AI-driven applications & services with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.</li><li>Design and implement Agentic AI systems capable of multi-step task execution.</li><li>Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI features.</li><li>Develop robust APIs and scalable code for AI model deployment.</li><li>Own the journey from research → experimentation → deployment → monitoring.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest AI frameworks & tools.</li><li>Contribute to team culture and mentor juniors.</li></ul><p>What we’re looking for:</p><ul><li>✔️ 3-6 years in software development, with 3+ years in AI/ML engineering</li><li>✔️ Strong Python skills; hands-on with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face</li><li>✔️ Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) & Generative AI (text, image, audio)</li><li>✔️ Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, Semantic Kernel)</li><li>✔️ Experience deploying ML models to production</li><li>✔️ Familiarity with vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) & prompt engineering</li><li>✔️ Understanding of API development, DevOps/MLOps best practices</li><li>✔️ Adaptable, self-motivated, and thrives in a startup-like environment</li></ul>
