**Experience**

- Proven experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Onboarding modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly employee onboarding.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and other HR technologies.

**Technical Skills**
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and workflow development.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with API integrations and web services.
