About the Role: We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Developer to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, risk managers, compliance officers, and audit teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance our organization's risk posture and ensure regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (#RAM).
• Configure and customize functional data, including notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting.
• Develop and manage script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows/Workflows.
• Set up and manage integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other internal/external systems using various methods (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server).
• Perform data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity and alignment with IRM processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements for IRM solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow IRM capabilities and best practices.
