We are seeking a SHE Staff member to support the implementation and maintenance of our safety, health, and environmental programs. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulations, promote a safe working environment, and contribute to continuous improvement in SHE performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Develop and implement safety procedures, training programs, and emergency response plans.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to waste management, emissions, and chemical handling.
- Prepare SHE documents, reports, and training materials.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of OHS and environmental regulations.
- Experience with risk assessment and incident investigation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
