<p>We are seeking a meticulous and experienced SHEQ Officer to ensure our organization adheres to the highest standards of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality. The SHEQ Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring SHEQ management systems to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations. </p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance.<br/>* Develop and deliver SHEQ training programs for employees.<br/>* Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.<br/>* Maintain and update SHEQ documentation, policies, and procedures.<br/>* Monitor and report on SHEQ performance, identifying areas for improvement.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Knowledge of SHEQ management systems and regulations.<br/>* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br/>* Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and audits.</p>
