We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee operations in our Early Production Facility (EPF). The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring smooth startup and shutdown procedures, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate shift operations in the EPF.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and permit-to-work (PTW) procedures.
* Respond to emergencies and implement appropriate actions.
* Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective measures.
* Maintain accurate records of production and operational activities.
