The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational activities during their shift in an oil & gas Early Production Facility (EPF). This role demands strong leadership and technical expertise to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and direct shift operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
* Oversee startup and shutdown procedures, permit-to-work (PTW) systems, and emergency response activities.
* Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues to maintain optimal production.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

Required Skills:
* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in startup/shutdown procedures and PTW systems.
* Knowledge of H2S safety, firefighting, and permit to work.
