We are seeking a highly experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee operations in our Early Production Facility (EPF) project. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring smooth startup and shutdown procedures, and maintaining adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate shift operations in the EPF.
* Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
* Manage emergency response situations effectively.
* Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate records of shift activities and equipment status.

Required Skills:
* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in startup/shutdown procedures.
* Knowledge of Permit to Work systems.
* H2S and Firefighting certifications.
