We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Shift Supervisor to oversee operations in our Early Production Facility (EPF). The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring smooth startup and shutdown procedures, and maintaining adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate shift operations in the EPF.
* Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
* Lead emergency response efforts and implement safety measures.
* Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize processes.
* Maintain accurate records and reports of shift activities.

Required Skills:
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in startup/shutdown procedures.
* Knowledge of Permit to Work systems.
* H2S and Firefighting certifications.
