Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Shift Supervisors to oversee the daily operations of our CBG plant during assigned shifts. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the plant, supervising a team of operators and technicians, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of bioenergy and biogas production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of plant operators and technicians during assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor plant performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of plant operations and performance.
