We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Electrical) to oversee and manage the implementation of electrical systems at substation project sites. The role requires hands-on supervision, coordination with project teams, and ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical installation, testing, and commissioning at project sites
• Ensure compliance with electrical drawings, specifications, and standards (IEC/IEEE)
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for smooth execution
• Monitor safety practices and quality control at site
• Resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical substation projects (SEC project experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of transformers, switchgear, cabling, HV/MV substations
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical standards
• Familiarity with safety regulations and construction management
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Experience with HV/MV substation installations and knowledge of local regulations
