Are you ready to build your future in construction? We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Construction Site Manager Apprentice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience on active construction sites while completing a fully funded apprenticeship that leads to industry-recognised qualifications. You’ll be learning from experienced professionals and developing the skills to grow into a Site Manager role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting Site Managers with daily operations
• Helping maintain health, safety, and environmental standards
• Assisting with subcontractor coordination and site logistics
• Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior staff
• Keeping accurate records and documentation
• Contributing to quality checks and ensuring work meets specifications
• Learning construction management processes as part of your training

What We’re Looking For

• No previous experience needed - full training provided
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable using basic IT tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite)
• Eligible to work in the UK and committed to completing the apprenticeship
