<p>Are you ready to build your future in construction? We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Construction Site Manager Apprentice.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience on active construction sites while completing a fully funded apprenticeship that leads to industry-recognised qualifications. You’ll be learning from experienced professionals and developing the skills to grow into a Site Manager role.</p><h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Supporting Site Managers with daily operations</li><li>Helping maintain health, safety, and environmental standards</li><li>Assisting with subcontractor coordination and site logistics</li><li>Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior staff</li><li>Keeping accurate records and documentation</li><li>Contributing to quality checks and ensuring work meets specifications</li><li>Learning construction management processes as part of your training</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>No previous experience needed - full training provided</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn</li><li>Comfortable using basic IT tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite)</li><li>Eligible to work in the UK and committed to completing the apprenticeship</li></ul>
