Position: Site Manager / Construction Manager (Civil Engineer) Key responsibilities: Oversee all civil activities on substation projects, including equipment foundations, control buildings, cable trenches, roads, drainage and structural works. Review design drawings, develop schedules and manage progress. Lead construction crews and subcontractors, organise site meetings and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage resources and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in civil engineering (or related discipline). At least 10 years civil construction experience, including at least 8 years on substation projects. Strong leadership and communication skills; experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of IEC/IEEE/ASTM standards and proficiency in scheduling and design software. Saudi Electricity Company project experience and local transferable residency preferred.
