The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while adhering to quality standards.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and site personnel.<br/>* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.<br/>* Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues to the project manager.<br/>* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.<br/>* Maintain accurate site records and documentation.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety procedures.<br/>* Excellent leadership and communication skills.<br/>* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.<br/>* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</p>
