We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities on a hydroelectric dam project in Congo. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities, including subcontractors and workers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills
