The SMS LRF Operation Shift Incharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Ledle Refining Furnace (LRF) during assigned shifts. This role ensures smooth workflow, adherence to production targets, and maintenance of quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all SMS LRF operations during the shift. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Monitor production processes and quality standards. Coordinate with other departments for seamless workflow. Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently. Train and mentor new staff members. Prepare and submit detailed shift reports. Promote a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational role, preferably in a supervisory capacity. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of operational processes and quality standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
