Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Social Media and CRM Specialist to work with our marketing team to implement and optimize digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of creating marketing funnels, automations, and using tools like Go High Level, as well as a strong grasp of digital advertising and content creation. You will be responsible for driving customer engagement, generating leads, and increasing sales through various digital marketing channels. Responsibilities: Funnel Creation: Design and implement high-converting sales and marketing funnels that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Marketing Automations: Build and maintain email and SMS marketing automations to nurture leads and convert them into customers. Graphic Design Knowledge Social Media Management Copywriting Creating Hero SEO Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in funnel creation and marketing automation platforms, especially Go High Level. Strong experience with Google Ads and social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Experience in writing high-converting copy for different marketing channels (email, SMS, landing pages, ads). Working knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.). Proven experience with SEO best practices and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Ability to create and optimize landing pages that convert visitors into leads or customers. Strong understanding of email marketing, SMS marketing, and CRM systems. Familiarity with creating hero content for brand positioning and growth. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing performance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with A/B testing for ads, emails, landing pages, and funnels. Familiarity with other marketing tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Knowledge of UX/UI design to improve user experience on landing pages and websites. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach to projects.
