We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can own strategy and execution end-to-end across multiple client accounts. You will translate brand strategy into channel-native content, run a disciplined calendar, collaborate with creative and production, and report against clear, business-aligned KPIs.
- Build channel strategies per client (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube Shorts) aligned to positioning, tone, and objectives
- Own monthly content calendars and weekly sprints; brief and coordinate with copywriters, designers, videographers, and motion
- Write platform-native copy and hooks; ensure every post has a purpose (attention, consideration, conversion)
- Maintain content velocity and quality: posts, reels/shorts, carousels, stories, and thought-leadership formats
- Partner with Paid Media to align organic and paid amplification, creatives, and learning loops
- Run analytics and reporting: growth, engagement rate, saves/shares, watch time, CTR, lead quality; turn insight into next-cycle action
- Implement social listening, trend mapping, and competitor benchmarking to inform creative choices
- Manage approvals, schedules, and asset hygiene via Notion and shared drives; publish via Meta Business Suite and native tools
- Coordinate light community ops with the Community Manager; escalate signals and opportunities to the client strategist
- Uphold brand standards and protect the narrative in every post and interaction
