About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and innovative Social Media Marketing Lead to head our digital initiatives. This role requires leadership, creativity, and analytical expertise to drive brand growth, manage teams, and lead campaigns across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & oversee multi-platform social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
- Lead and mentor the social media team to deliver high-quality content & campaigns
- Drive brand engagement, audience growth, and lead generation through creative strategies
- Monitor analytics, performance reports, and ROI to optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams for cross-channel consistency
- Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms
- Manage campaigns for international (US-based) eCommerce brands
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in social media marketing (including team leadership)
- Proven record of managing large-scale campaigns & brand growth
- Deep knowledge of algorithms, analytics, paid ads & content performance
- Hands-on with tools: Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Ads Manager
- Excellent leadership, communication & creative skills
Experience with US-based audiences/brands is a big plus
