The Coffee Brewery is seeking an experienced and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to work closely with our team of chefs. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing interpersonal communication, teamwork, leadership, and customer interaction skills within the kitchen environment, ensuring smooth collaboration and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver soft skills training programs specifically tailored for chefs and kitchen staff.
Enhance communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities within the kitchen.
Coach chefs on effective conflict resolution and stress management in high-pressure environments.
Train staff on improving customer-facing interactions when required.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and performance assessments.
Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and professional growth in the kitchen team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a soft skills trainer, preferably in the culinary or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of kitchen dynamics and the unique challenges chefs face.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
Experience with designing customized training programs.
Passion for supporting professional and personal growth.
