We are hiring a software developer to lead the configuration and integration of an open-source call center stack using an open source PBX, CRM and telephony. The developer will manage deployment, customization, and integration to support 250+ concurrent agents, mostly operating on Chromebooks and browsers. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in VoIP, CRM, and open-source tools, and be comfortable learning fast and collaborating with remote teams.
