<h3>Role Highlights</h3><ul><li>Develop & test frozen food products across Indian & global cuisines.</li><li>Drive recipe creation, taste profiling & texture evaluation.</li><li>Maintain documentation, hygiene & FSSAI/HACCP standards.</li><li>Support product tastings, presentations & trend-based innovation.</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>5-7 years’ experience (frozen foods/industrial kitchen/QSR preferred).</li><li>Strong foundation in Indian + exposure to global cuisines.</li><li>Hands-on skills in cooking, profiling & recipe creation.</li><li>Knowledge of HACCP, FSSAI & food safety.</li><li>Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or Food Tech.</li></ul>
