Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs. This role requires patience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with student needs and goals.
• Provide direct instruction to students in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
