<h3>Job Overview</h3><p>We are seeking dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Specialists to support students with diverse learning needs. The SEN Specialist will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide targeted interventions to promote student success.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct assessments to identify students' specific learning needs and develop appropriate IEPs.</li><li>Collaborate with teachers to adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet the needs of SEN students.</li><li>Provide direct support and interventions to students in individual and small group settings.</li><li>Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated support.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to develop and implement effective IEPs.</li><li>Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.</li></ul>
