Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services to students in Tennessee. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, helping students improve their speech, language, and overall communication skills. This role involves collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and implement effective therapy plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet students' specific needs.
- Provide direct therapy to students, addressing articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students' communication development in the classroom and at home.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and therapy sessions.
