We are looking for a Senior AWS Cloud Architect with deep expertise in AWS Cloud and Google Cloud, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration. This role is crucial in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud solutions post-M&A to ensure smooth transitions and scalable cloud infrastructure. What You'll Do: Cloud Architecture & Design: Develop secure, scalable AWS/Google Cloud architectures to support business needs and M&A activities. M&A Cloud Integration: Lead technical integration, assess migration plans, and strategize cloud adoption for acquired systems. Technical Leadership & Governance: Provide guidance on cloud best practices, security, and regulatory compliance. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to align cloud strategies. Performance Optimization & Automation: Enhance AWS environments for high availability, cost efficiency, and automation. Documentation & Training: Develop architectural diagrams and train teams on AWS best practices. What We're Looking For: 12-15 years of IT engineering experience with a strong focus on AWS & Google Cloud (Azure not required). Hands-on experience in cloud migration & M&A integration. Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell for scripting & automation. Strong knowledge of networking, security, and database management in cloud environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently & cross-functionally.
