Manager Must Have's: 10+ years Data business analysis experience and expertise in Agile/Scrum Methodologies 7+ years finance domain experience with knowledge of client financial metrics RoTCE (return on tangible common equity), etc Strong communication skills Exposure to stakeholder and senior levels of management communication Proficiency in Tools like JIRA, Confluence Skills - 7+ years of experience within Banking & Financial Services industry in business analysis, functional design and documentation. Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to explain technical details in a clear, concise manner. Experience in preparing presentations and ability to handle communication at senior levels of management. Excellent technical writing skills, capable of producing high quality requirements documents. Expert in Agile/Scrum Methodologies and Tools like JIRA, Confluence, Project Management, Release Management etc. Experience with querying, analytics, and reporting in MSaaS/MongoDb/Hive databases. Conduct In depth data analysis using tools like SQL or Python or Bigdata. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis Experience in Client financial metrics is a plus Experience in working with data related projects is a plus Responsibilities: We are looking for an avid technologist who - Can apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.
