Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Participate in internal and external audits related to store operations.
4. Team Management:
Supervise and lead the store team, providing guidance and support.
Conduct regular training sessions for store staff on safety, compliance, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure effective communication within the store team and other relevant departments.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and movements in the store.

Proven experience in pharmaceutical store management.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in using inventory management software.
