Job Description

<p>1. Inventory Management :<br/>Monitor stock levels and reorder points to ensure timely replenishment of material.<br/>Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.<br/>Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels.</p><p>2. Storage and Handling:<br/>Ensure compliance with Company storage and handling standards.<br/>Implement proper storage conditions for various materials.<br/>Monitor temperature and humidity controls in storage areas.<br/>Enforce safety measures for the handling of sensitive material.</p><p>3. Quality Assurance:<br/>Collaborate with quality teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.<br/>Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.<br/>Participate in internal and external audits related to store operations.</p><p>4. Team Management:<br/>Supervise and lead the store team, providing guidance and support.<br/>Conduct regular training sessions for store staff on safety, compliance, and standard operating procedures.<br/>Ensure effective communication within the store team and other relevant departments.</p><p>5. Documentation and Reporting:<br/>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and movements in the store.<br/>Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfilment, and other relevant metrics.<br/>Provide management with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.</p><p>Proven experience in pharmaceutical store management.<br/>Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.<br/>Excellent leadership and communication skills.<br/>Proficient in using inventory management software.<br/>Software : SAP knowledge in must.</p>
