Lead and oversee the overall functioning of the ETP department.

• Ensure adherence to statutory & regulatory compliance related to environment & pollution control.
• Implement cost-effective and sustainable water treatment & waste management practices.
• Monitor plant performance and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.
• Liaison with external agencies, government bodies, and auditors for statutory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the organization's ESG & sustainability goals.
• Lead, train, and develop the ETP team to achieve operational excellence.
