This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a results-driven leader to manage our Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations and ensure full compliance with environmental norms while driving efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the overall functioning of the ETP department.
• Ensure adherence to statutory & regulatory compliance related to environment & pollution control.
• Implement cost-effective and sustainable water treatment & waste management practices.
• Monitor plant performance and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.
• Liaison with external agencies, government bodies, and auditors for statutory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the organization’s ESG & sustainability goals.
• Lead, train, and develop the ETP team to achieve operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.Sc./B.Tech,M.Sc./ M.Tech (Chemical / Pulp & Paper Technology /Environmental Engineering) or equivalent qualification.
• 12-15 + years of experience in handling large-scale ETP / CETP operations in the Paper & Pulp / Process Industry.
• Strong knowledge of environmental laws, PCB norms, and compliances.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to handle challenges and deliver results under demanding situations.
