We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager for our Color Lab to oversee all color-related activities within our Dye House. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring color accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise the Color Lab team, providing guidance and support.
* Develop and implement color standards and procedures.
* Conduct color matching and formulation for various textile materials.
* Troubleshoot color-related issues and provide effective solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of all color data and formulations.
