<p>We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Manager, Social Media, to lead our global social media initiatives and bring the Miraculous brand to life across multiple platforms. This role will develop and execute strategies that strengthen brand awareness, deepen fan engagement, and support business objectives across consumer products, content, and partnerships. The ideal candidate will be highly strategic, balance creative vision with data-driven insights, and have the ability to connect authentically with audiences around the world. This role works in office 4 days a week.</p><ul><li>Develop and implement social media strategies that align with brand and business goals.</li><li>Work in close partnership with the Paris-based digital team to coordinate show content assets and ensure social media strategies are aligned across all platforms.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Paris-based digital team to align social media posts, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms</li><li>Partner with global CP team, content, and creative teams, as well as licensees and content distribution partners (eg. Disney, TF1, Globo) social media counterparts, to ensure cohesive campaigns.</li><li>Manage the editorial calendar and oversee the planning and execution through Notion of social media campaigns.</li><li>Oversee the creation of engaging content including text, images, and video across platforms.</li><li>Write copy for organic posts, paid advertising, and online promotions and post.</li><li>Review and approve social media materials for use by licensees.</li><li>Monitor analytics, track performance, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.</li><li>Manage influencer campaigns and maintain relationships with key social media influencers.</li><li>Build and manage online communities by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, fostering conversations, and monitoring feedback to maintain a positive and active brand presence.</li><li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders including senior management and sales.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the SVP, Marketing.</li></ul>
