We are seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage and oversee all quantity surveying activities related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, contract administration, and ensuring MEP projects are completed within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage cost estimates for MEP systems in construction projects.
* Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
* Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
* Prepare and submit progress reports and final accounts.
* Provide technical advice and support to project teams.
