Overview
We are seeking a skilled SRE II / III with a focus on Big Data to join our dynamic fintech engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our big data infrastructure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to automate processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Hadoop and HBase environments.
- Implement and manage configuration management and automation tools such as Salt Stack, Ansible, Git, Puppet, and Chef.
- Ensure the availability and performance of on-prem infrastructure at scale.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to big data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize applications for performance and scalability.
