Job Description

1. E-Commerce Store Management: Update the website with new products (images, descriptions, pricing). Verify accuracy of product details (sizes, materials, colors). Monitor store performance and improve user experience. 2. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, or social media promptly and professionally. Handle return, exchange, or complaint requests in line with store policies. Provide product recommendations suitable for newborns and expectant mothers. 3. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of popular items. Coordinate with suppliers or the fulfillment team to restock inventory. Report on low-stock or best-selling items. 4. Digital Marketing: Manage the stores social media accounts (Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.). Create engaging marketing content (images, videos, posts) to promote products. Run paid advertising campaigns on social platforms or Google. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements. 5. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track sales statistics and top-performing products. Prepare regular performance reports (sales, visitors, conversion rates). Recommend strategies to increase sales based on data analysis. 6. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet safety and quality standards for babies and pregnant women. Comply with Saudi e-commerce regulations and policies.
