Job Description

-POC with the vendors to streamline and smoothen supplier registration and qualification process and providing help with the participation of various activities e.g. auctions etc. and submission of required documents e.g., bank maintenance certificate during registration, policy documents during qualification, bids, etc. -Coordination with buyers for any issues related to supplier qualification. -Evaluation of supplier responses on the Qualification questionnaires and generation of Evaluation Summary Report following a pre-set format (annexure 1.1) along with coordinating with the buyers for completion of Technical Evaluation. -Attending calls and messages on the dedicated numbers in addition to contacting suppliers via emails, videocalls and in-person for issue resolution. -Follow up with suppliers as and when needed regarding submission of documents in urgent cases. -Conducting training sessions on a need basis with suppliers for processes in Ariba. -This may require travelling to the plant sites on expense. -Ensuring timely resolution of escalated matters. -Firm eligibility criteria for Supplier Helpdesk personnel. -Support Centre of Excellence in improving the supplier experience and relationship. -Participate in excellence projects and other tasks required by the CoE team
