Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including demand planning, material procurement, warehouse management, and logistics. Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials and packaging components to the sterile production area. Develop and implement efficient planning systems to align production schedules with inventory and demand forecasts. Lead procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. Ensure warehouse operations comply with GMP and GDP standards, especially regarding sterile materials handling. Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize shortages and overstock situations. Supervise inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and safe delivery of materials and finished products. Work closely with production, QA/QC, regulatory affairs, and finance to streamline supply chain processes. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvements. Identify risks in the supply chain and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
