Job Description
Administer and monitor Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Manage user accounts, licenses, and security in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
Maintain Azure infrastructure (VMs, storage, backups, networking)
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure security through patches and updates
