Job Description
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, or in person.
Support the setup and configuration of hardware and software systems.
Maintain and update internal knowledge base and support documentation.
