Bread Financial is seeking a skilled contractor to play a pivotal role in maturing our security infrastructure during a critical cloud migration phase. You will be at the heart of our security efforts, configuring and migrating our core PAM tools (Delinea and StrongDM) and developing brand-new, automated access processes in AWS. What you'll do: Hands-On PAM Management: Configure, maintain, and mature our PAM ecosystem, including a significant migration project for Delinea. AWS Security Development: Build and automate privileged access processes within AWS, focusing on Just-In-Time (JIT) access and secure database access patterns. Onboarding & Collaboration: Work directly with technology and business teams to onboard applications and systems into our PAM framework. Automation & Scripting: Leverage your scripting skills to automate access workflows and reduce manual toil. What we're looking for (Must-Haves): Proven, hands-on technical experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools (e.g., Delinea/Thycotic, CyberArk, StrongDM, BeyondTrust). Solid AWS development knowledge you know how to build and automate security controls in the cloud. Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) to create efficient processes. Nice-to-Haves: Understanding of fundamental Cyber Security Controls. Strong documentation practices and the ability to create clear runbooks and architecture diagrams. Project management skills to help keep key deliverables on track.
