We are seeking a proactive and skilled Systems Engineer to ensure smooth operation, high availability, and performance of Windows & Linux server environments, with a focus on IIS-hosted and containerized applications. Responsibilities: Perform routine system administration tasks on Windows & Linux servers. Manage & maintain IIS web servers (site configurations, performance monitoring). Execute basic Linux server operations, monitoring & troubleshooting. Ensure system & data security via policies & controls. Maintain server inventory, documentation, and runbooks. Deploy & support applications with development teams. Provide expert hosting support for IIS applications (tuning, error analysis, log review). Troubleshoot application connectivity & availability issues. Assist in automation of deployments using scripting/tools. Monitor application health, performance & errors proactively.
