Job Description
The Talent Acquisition & Engagement Executive is grossly responsible for facilitating and ensuring effective and proper and adequate staffing of the organization, and upholding the commitment level of all new hires in the organization towards ensuring that employees give their best at attaining organizational goals. He/she will liaise with line managers to identify job openings, and then seek out qualified applicants and encourage them to apply for available positions.
