Job Description

Key Responsibilities: TA/Sourcing (80% Role) -Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: (Including Candidate Screening & Assessment) -Promote the companys employer brand through recruitment marketing initiatives, online job postings, and social media campaigns. -Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in various IT role. -Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. -Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. -Administer or coordinating technical assessments or other evaluation tools where necessary. -Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions. -Partner with HR and business leaders to develop effective recruitment plans. -Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the recruitment process, timelines, and candidate feedback. -Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing feedback throughout the hiring process. -Maintain an up-to-date database of qualified candidates for future openings. -Provide reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire metrics. Administrative Support: (20% Role) -Organize and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO domestic and international trips along with other members. -Prepare agendas, presentations, and documents for key meetings. Take detailed notes during meetings and follow up on action points. - Draft, review, and manage important documents, reports, presentations, and other forms of communication. Handle confidential documents with discretion. -Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between the MD and internal teams or external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
