Rare Castle is offering a volunteer opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Technical Recruiter to join our indie game project, currently in development under the title Project Escher. We're building a vertical slice (demo) within a 36 month time frame. Our mission: create a fun, visually striking, and high-quality gameplay experience that truly captures the heart of the full game. If we're successful, early contributors will be offered paid full-time positions and key roles in the company. The past 36 months of work will also be retroactively paid once we secure funding/publishing. We believe success depends on strong collaboration, passion, and clear vision.
