What You'll Be Doing Sourcing top talent (if you're a LinkedIn pro, youre already ahead!). Screening and interviewing potential candidates for a variety of exciting roles. Partnering with hiring managers to figure out what makes a dream team member. Organizing and participating in recruitment events and initiatives (were always looking to spice things up). Learning, growing, and thriving in a fast-paced HR environment. What You Bring to the Table Masters or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (2022 or 2023 graduates only, please). Consistent 60% and above in all academic qualifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (youll be talking to a lot of people!). Experience or love for LinkedIn sourcing. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools (or a willingness to learn fast). Passionate about building awesome teams and helping people find their dream jobs.
