Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide end-to-end recruitment support within the HR Talent Acquisition team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates to meet business needs while partnering closely with Hiring Managers. The Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and providing up-to-date insights into the talent market.
Key #Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including strategy development, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding.
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to deliver within agreed timelines.
Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System.
Provide timely updates and constructive feedback to candidates, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals, talent networks, and professional associations to strengthen passive talent pipelines.
Lead initiatives for job postings across internal and external career platforms, including LinkedIn.
Contribute to Talent Acquisition programs such as Employee Referral Programs, University Engagement, and Recruitment Marketing/Employer Branding.
